We advise clients in employment cases including constructive and unfair dismissal and discrimination. We are experienced both in representing clients before a tribunal and in negotiating settlement of their claims, including advising on compromise agreements.
We are also able to draft contracts of employment and staff handbooks and advise both employers and employees on the consequences of their actions during the course of employment.
