We undertake criminal litigation, providing a full range of services for clients involved in criminal proceedings. Our advocates regularly appear in all of Guernsey’s criminal courts as well as the Court of Alderney and the Court of the Seneschal in Sark.
We no longer accept instructions in legal aid cases, but accept instructions in privately-funded criminal cases.
