Road Traffic

We can advise you on your prospects of successfully defending any of the following motoring offences:

If a guilty plea is advised, then we can present your case to the Court so that any fine or licence suspension is kept to a minimum. There may be occasions when, even if you are advised to plead guilty, it will be appropriate to make an application to the Court that there are ‘special reasons’ as to why you should not be disqualified from driving or there should be a reduction in the length of your ban.
