Landlord and Tenant
We draft and advise on leases and licences for landlords of both commercial and residential property. We also advise tenants on their responsibilities and obligations when taking on a tenancy.
We represent both landlords and tenants in eviction proceedings and disputes arising out of the terms of the tenancy or licence, such as unpaid rent.
