Employment

We advise clients on a number of employment issues such as constructive and unfair dismissal. We are experienced both in representing clients before the Employment Tribunal and in negotiating settlement of their claims

We are also able to draft contracts of employment and staff handbooks and advise both employers and employees on the consequences of their actions during the course of employment.

We also draft and advise on compromise agreements.
