Crime

We undertake a large proportion of the island’s criminal litigation, providing a full range of services for clients involved in criminal proceedings. Our advocates regularly appear in all of Guernsey’s criminal courts (Magistrate’s Court, Royal Court and Court of Appeal) as well as the Court of Alderney and the Court of the Seneschal in Sark.

We also assist clients with prison adjudications and parole reviews.
