Andrew was born in Guernsey and was educated at Elizabeth College, Warwick University and the Inns of Court School of Law. Andrew qualified as an advocate in 1993, having been called to the Bar of England and Wales as a member of the Inner Temple in 1992.
Andrew has been Senior Partner of the firm since its formation in 2004 and has approaching twenty years’ experience as a courtroom advocate, primarily in civil and criminal litigation. He has appeared in court recently as leading counsel in a number of very high value personal injury (traumatic brain injury) and fatal accident cases, in each case for the defendant insurer.
For approaching ten years, Andrew has served as a non-executive director of captive insurance companies, bringing his wide-ranging litigation experience to the board.
